According to Argos, gardening can help you sleep! A recent study claims that 80% of active gardeners report better sleep after digging, raking, planting and mowing their way around the garden.
Being outdoors is also good for general well-being – a huge 78% said that it reduced their stress levels.
And with the improving weather and sunny days ahead it's a great opportunity to boost Vitamin D levels while you're making your garden lovely.
